Groupcall Integrations

We proudly work with Groupcall, providing a seamless integration between Parents Booking and their Messenger, Xporter, Xporter on Demand and Xpressions products.

SMS, E-Mail and Push Notifications

Groupcall Messenger is a market leader in school communication tools. Messenger gives schools the ability to send personalised text messages (SMS), emails, automated voice calls and push messages to the mobile phones and landlines of parents, staff and key contacts. It allows recipients of messages to respond to the school and provides a full audit trail of all communications.

Part of Messenger’s functionality is a Dashboard where other carefully-selected partner apps, such as Parents Booking, are available as a ’tile’. Customers of Messenger who would like to use us as well can then single sign-on (SSO) into Parents Booking, and benefit from both products working in tandem, such as:

  • All communications from Parents Booking go through Messenger, allowing them to be tracked on the History screen in Messenger, and creating greater familiarity with communications amongst parents
  • Parents who use Groupcall Xpressions to receive push notifications rather than text messages will be able to single sign-on into the Parents Booking from the messages they receive in their Xpressions app.

I have both the Parents Booking and Messenger already

If you’re already a customer of both Groupcall Messenger and Parents Booking, but the two products are’t integrated yet, simply ask us or Groupcall to help you tether your systems together, and receive all the benefits of our integration.

Data Transfer Tools

Parents Booking is integrated with both Groupcall Xporter and Xporter on Demand (XoD), which are datasharing tools that allow schools to upload their pupil, parent and tecaher data to products like the Parents Booking in one click.

If you would like to make your data import easier, contact us and let us know which MIS database your school uses. We’ll give you all of your options, but it’s highly likely you will be able to use either Xporter of XoD for your upload.

If your school already uses Xporter or Xporter on Demand, contact us and we will help you set up the data sync so that you can upload your school’s data when required.
